As a Senior Consultant with over eight years in SAP SuccessFactors, you'll drive key projects, specializing in seamless data migration and compliance with Canadian payroll systems.
Your role encompasses configuring Employee Central, validating payroll cycles, and training client teams through various integration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors migration initiatives
- Configure and validate Employee Central settings
- Review and support payroll schema cycles
- Facilitate integration across multiple platforms
- Participate in testing and cutover processes
Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Deep knowledge of Canadian payroll systems
- Expertise in hands‑on data migration

- Proven track record in large ERP/SI projects
