Role Description This is an on-site internship role for an Event Planner based in Toronto, ON. The Event Planner intern will support the planning and execution of brand events, pop-up shops, in-store activations, and promotional activities that highlight Limitless Jewellery’s products and mission. Daily responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, assisting with venue and vendor communications, tracking budgets, and organizing event materials and displays. The intern will help manage guest lists, support on-site event setup and teardown, and ensure a positive experience for attendees. The role will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align events with promotional campaigns, gather feedback, and contribute ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, including organizing timelines, coordinating logistics, and supporting on-site execution.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, vendors, partners, and event attendees.
- Basic Budgeting skills to help track event costs, monitor expenses, and support cost-effective decision-making.
- Interest or experience in Sales, especially in engaging customers at events, promoting products, and supporting revenue-generating activities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for fashion, jewellery, and brand storytelling; prior retail, events, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
