In this position, you will take ownership of the full recruiting cycle, with an emphasis on Sales roles within the commercial sector. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and GTM roles
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on identifying candidate profiles
• Execute effective sourcing strategies for passive candidates
• Build pipelines in competitive talent markets
• Conduct candidate assessments and refine selection processes
Requirements:
• 7+ years in full-cycle recruiting, focused on Sales
• Expertise in building pipelines for quota-carrying roles
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions
• Proven track record in fast-paced, growing companies
• Ability to negotiate and close competitive offers
