Your New Company Our client is a globally recognized beauty and skincare company known for its innovative products, strong brand presence, and people-first culture. As they prepare for the busy holiday season, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support large-scale seasonal retail hiring across multiple international locations.
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-volume seasonal recruitment initiatives. You will support the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer administration, and onboarding support.
Supporting hiring events, group interviews, and recruitment campaigns
Maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system
Collaborating with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers to meet hiring targets
Supporting onboarding activities, background checks, and document collection
Manage high-volume recruitment activity in a fast-paced environment
Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment logistics
Assist with onboarding and administrative recruitment tasks
2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or hourly workforce recruitment experience is an asset
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
- The ability to facilitate group interviews or hiring events is considered a strong asset
