Location: Hybrid – Downtown Toronto (in-office + remote)

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 (plus commission opportunities)

This role follows a hybrid model based in downtown Toronto , combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively source top technical talent for current and upcoming openings
• Conduct in-depth technical screenings to assess skills, experience, and team fit
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key skill areas
• Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Prepare candidate presentations and detailed write-ups for client submissions
• Review inbound applicants and identify high-potential profiles
• Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, platforms, and creative outreach strategies
• Identify potential business development leads through candidate interactions
• Support Senior Account Managers by helping pipeline prospective clients
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and team initiatives

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (technical recruitment strongly preferred)
• Experience using and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT roles is an asset
• Self-starter mentality with strong drive, urgency, and accountability
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and clients professionally
• Solid technical aptitude and confidence navigating recruitment technologies and tools
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
