Prospects+ is hiring 2 Sr Tech Recruiters to help us scale fast — and reshape how AI and early-stage startups hire top talent.

We’re not another recruiting shop — we’re a startup for startups , building talent engines the way founders build companies. Over the past few years, we’ve partnered with 40+ venture-backed startups across the U.S. and Canada, placing 200+ mission-critical hires — from founding engineers and AI talent to GTM leaders, operators, and execs. But we don’t just fill roles — we coach founders on their entire talent engine (comp, tools, interview flow) and act like we’re building their startup with them.

Now it’s our turn to scale — again. In Q1 + Q2 alone, we added 3 new team members. Next up: 2 seasoned recruiters who want to build, not babysit reqs.

Why This Role Matters

You’ll work directly with Greg (our founder) and be at the center of how we scale — from client partnerships to search strategy to candidate experience.

You’ll help founders land their most important hires — the ones that define whether they sink or scale. At the same time, you’ll be shaping Prospects+ into the go-to name for early-stage tech recruiting across North America.

This isn’t just about filling roles — it’s about delivering a hiring experience that makes founders come back and candidates rave about the journey.

This is a high-trust, high-ownership role with massive upside.

What You’ll Own:

• Full-cycle searches from kickoff to close (founding engineers, GTM leaders, ops, product, exec roles — whatever early teams need most)

• Deep partnerships with founders — this is strategic, not order-taking

• Candidate experiences that feel white-glove and human — every touchpoint matters

• Client experiences that make Prospects+ the gold standard for hiring brand in early-stage tech

• Creative sourcing beyond LinkedIn: GitHub, Discord, niche boards, DMs — whatever works

• Tactical assessments + a quality bar for all types of top startup talent

• Tracking + reporting that makes your wins obvious (we’re data-driven, not dashboard-obsessed)

You Might Be a Fit If:

• You’ve got 4+ years recruiting in early-stage or fast-growth environments (agency, embedded, or in-house)

• You know your way around early startup teams — product, eng, GTM, ops — and thrive in fast, ambiguous environments

• You’ve built pipelines from scratch and know how to hunt — not wait

• You care as much about the experience as the outcome — clients and candidates should remember you for how you ran the process

• You run fast, move smart, and love solving hard-to-fill roles
