Build your career through challenging, impactful projects and continuous learning.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the multiple industry verticals, from intake to offer acceptance.
Partner with internal stakeholders and project managers to define resource requirements and build targeted sourcing strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting metrics in ATS.
Stay up to date on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within professional services, consulting, or corporate environments.

• Proven success recruiting across multiple sectors such as, Financial Services, Public Sector, Health Care, Technology, Infrastructure, or Consumer sectors
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. (During the interview process, we may use transcription or AI notetaking tools. To protect privacy, legal compliance, and interviewer/candidate experience, the use of these tools is not permitted without your prior consent. Compensation : Salary range is $82,500-$110,000 CAD
