Recruitment Consultant (Remote Working)

We are searching for a Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes across the organization for Capital Markets and Wealth Management. You will provide recruitment and administrative/logistical support to a team of recruitment professionals to help drive our recruiting initiatives. Position: Recruitment Coordinator
Remote role

Contract: 12 months (with a strong possibility of extension)
Assist with onboarding, recruiting reports and projects
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (Workday, Phenom, Microsoft Office)
- Build proficiency with using tools like Workday (ATS), Phenom, and learn how to manage data integrity
- Strengthen skills in time management, stakeholder communication, and process improvement
