Cybersecurity Operations Manager
Location: Mississauga, ON
Position Type: Permanent Full-Time
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, Telecommunications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security, with a focus on security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise security technologies, including SIEM, CASB, DLP, WAF, MFA, IAM/PAM, DRM, and related security platforms.
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships, operational escalations, and remediation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001/27002, COBIT, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX, and FISMA.
