What will your typical day look like?

 

As a Senior Specialist, Executive Accelerators, you will:

• Serve as a trusted partner to a portfolio of Deloitte Executive Advisors and their Partner-sponsors, helping shape and execute individual engagement strategies.
• Develop and maintain strategic advisor plans, including relationship priorities, client opportunities, thought leadership initiatives, and market engagement activities.
• Transform executive advisor insights into actionable recommendations that support business growth, relationship development, and strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate collaboration between Executive Advisors, partners, business leaders, and client relationship teams to advance key priorities.
• Identify opportunities to increase advisor impact, strengthen engagement, and enhance the advisor experience.
• Design and manage initiatives that support the growth and evolution of the Executive Advisors Program.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, communications, and leadership updates for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance and develop meaningful insights through data analysis and reporting and translate data into compelling narratives.
• Work with the program leader to establish and maintain governance processes, reporting frameworks, and program metrics.
• Support special projects, pilot programs, and innovation initiatives within the Executive Accelerators portfolio.

The Executive Accelerators team enables Deloitte's most strategic relationship-building programs, connecting senior executives, advisors, and client leaders to create meaningful business impact. Through innovative programming, relationship management, and data-driven insights, the team helps strengthen Deloitte's market position and deepen client relationships.

 

The Executive Advisors Program brings together accomplished former executives and industry leaders who provide strategic insights, market perspectives, and relationship opportunities that help Deloitte deliver greater value to clients.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

You are someone with these required skills, experiences & qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in strategy, consulting, program management, business operations, relationship management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives and multiple client needs simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand market, industry, and client dynamics.
• Exceptional relationship management and client engagement skills.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, communications, and strategic recommendations.
• Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and other collaboration tools.

 

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have’s as well: 

• Experience supporting senior executives, boards, advisory councils, or leadership programs.
• Experience within professional services, consulting, strategy, marketing, or business development environments.
• Familiarity with relationship management, client development, or executive engagement programs.
• Experience designing performance measurement frameworks and reporting dashboards.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
