Shape the visual identity for brands as the Lead Graphic Designer at The MRG Group in Toronto or Vancouver. Your work will span print, digital, and environmental design to uplift diverse experience offerings. The MRG Group, Canada's largest independent entertainment company, seeks a Lead Graphic Designer to guide its creative vision. In this role, you will develop brand guidelines, mentor junior designers, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality creative work. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where your design expertise impacts various sectors such as concerts, hospitality, and media. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead brand and campaign creative for concerts, ticketing, and venues
• Develop and manage brand guidelines and design systems
• Design diverse assets from event posters to digital ads
• Oversee marketing websites in Webflow and WordPress
• Present creative concepts and manage stakeholder feedback Requirements:
• 4+ years of graphic design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Webflow and WordPress for website designs
• Strong skills in Figma for UI design and prototyping
• Solid understanding of print and digital production principles Elevate the MRG Group's visual presence by leveraging your extensive design experience and creativity.
