• Lead multiple end-to-end process optimization workstreams
• Analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies
• Design and implement future-state workflows
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments
• Collaborate with technology teams on automation solutions Requirements:
• 10+ years in process design
• 5+ years in consulting or transformation leadership
• Experience in asset management or financial services
• Background in business process reengineering
• Proficient in Agile environments Drive impactful process design and optimization with Avance Consulting Group and transform institutional infrastructures.
