Job Responsibility:
Role Overview
We're looking for a Sales & Program Manager to lead customer relationships from quote to delivery. This role blends proactive sales with hands-on program managementperfect for someone who can drive new business and manage complex, high-volume accounts with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow customer accounts, especially Tier 1 and OEM clients
- Quote custom steel packaging solutions with speed and accuracy
- Coordinate programs from order to delivery, ensuring timeline and quality targets are hit
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, engineering, and production teams
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive repeat business
- Track projects using internal tools and manage changes, scope, and delivery expectations
- Work closely with internal teams to solve problems and improve service
Qualifications
- 3-7 years experience in manufacturing sales, project coordination, or program management
- Knowledge of steel fabrication or automotive packaging is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, hands-on environments
- Able to travel occasionally to customer sites (Ontario/Michigan region)
