permanent ‘Food services manager’ to join our Restaurant.
JOB TITLE: Food Services Manager
LOCATION: 18 Wakefield Avenue, Leamington, ON, N8H 5E9(1 Vacancy)
JOB TYPE: Regular
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
SALARY: $36.00 per Hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 30-35 hours/Week
WORK SETTING: Restaurant

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Oversee the daily operations of the Pizza Pizza restaurant to ensure efficient service and
customer satisfaction.
 Establish and implement service standards and operating procedures in line with Pizza Pizza
brand guidelines.
 Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performance team and ensure adherence to
company policies.
 Prepare employee work schedules and monitor performance to maintain productivity and
service quality.
 Manage inventory levels, monitor sales and revenue, and adjust pricing or procedures as
necessary to maximize profitability.
 Address and resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring compliance with food
safety and sanitation regulations.
 Coordinate with approved suppliers for timely delivery of food, packaging, and other
essential supplies.
 Arrange catering services and manage facility bookings for group events, parties, or special
functions.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
 College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to
2 years
 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the position or related position
 Ability to supervise 3-4 people
 Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment
 Fluent in English and excellent written and verbal Communication skills
 Speaking Spanish is an asset.

 Ability to work independently, flexible, good time management, organizational, good team
work and Interpersonal Skills.
