Therapeutic Specialist - Gynecology & Gastroenterology (BC & SK)

AbbVie seeks a Therapeutic Specialist to drive pharmaceutical sales across British Columbia and Saskatchewan, targeting gynecologists and gastroenterologists. The role involves developing account strategies, executing sales plans, and building clinical relationships while meeting revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account/business plans aligned with brand strategy and sales targets
- Conduct physician calls with pre-call planning and post-call evaluation to improve performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in gynecology and gastroenterology specialties
- Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, disease states, and customer needs
- Identify and develop disease state experts and clinical advocates to support brand performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or equivalent field
- Three to five years specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
- Gynecology experience preferred; gastroenterology experience is an asset
- Strong presentation and account-based selling skills, both in-person and virtual
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms
- Valid driver's license and passport; willingness to travel 50% within territory
- Strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and matrix environment collaboration
