Job Responsibility: Company Description Silver Storm Mining Ltd. is a growing Toronto-based mineral resource development company. Silver Storm is committed to restarting operations at its 100% owned La Parrilla Silver Mine Complex, a prolific operation comprised of a 2,000 tpd mill and three underground mines. The Company also holds a 100% interest in the San Diego Project, which is among the largest undeveloped silver assets in Mexico. Toronto serves as the head office for Silver Storm, supporting its Mexican operations and its capital market activities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Toronto, ON. We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, travel, meetings, and appointments.
  • Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency, including maintaining organized filing systems and controlling correspondence.
  • Process expense reports and handle invoicing efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage and assess needs for office equipment, supplies, and services to ensure smooth office functionality.
  • Prioritize and address issues, assessing when additional action or escalation is needed.
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as answering phones, scanning, filing documents, and welcoming visitors.
  • Support additional duties and special projects as assigned to contribute to business goals.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of office management principles, systems, and processes.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills, with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
  • High attention to detail and adept at problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to learning new tools.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
