Team Leader Position at Dynamite

Step into a leadership role with Dynamite as a Team Leader. Drive success through customer relations and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Team Leader, you will be essential to the store's day-to-day operations at Dynamite, reporting to the Store Manager. You'll focus on enriching the customer experience while optimizing inventory management practices. Your leadership will help instill confidence in customers as you maintain the store's visual merchandising and operational standards, ensuring every shopper feels valued. Key Responsibilities:
- Create exceptional shopping experiences for customers
- Ensure effective inventory handling and store replenishment
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards
- Build and nurture customer relationships
- Support management in daily store operations
- High school diploma is essential
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience desired
- 1 year of experience as a team leader in retail
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
