Transformation Office Project Leader

Drive key transformation initiatives with a prominent financial institution in Downtown Toronto. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead high-impact projects in a hybrid environment. This position demands an experienced project leader who excels in managing program lifecycles and fostering effective stakeholder relationships. You will ensure that all projects align with strategic objectives and deliver a clear business impact through comprehensive planning and execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transformation projects with full accountability
- Coordinate with teams across business and technology sectors
- Develop and sustain project management artifacts and plans
- Report on progress and facilitate stakeholder reviews
- Address project challenges and risks proactively
- 10+ years' experience in project management
- Strong expertise in using project management methodologies
- Familiarity with risk management functions is desirable
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are a bonus
- Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications required
