PVS Utility Locate Team Leader

Oversee high-quality utility locating services with PVS as a Locate Supervisor. This role is focused on safe operations and building strong customer relationships. As the Locate Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring that services are delivered accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for performance management, planning daily operations, and developing workforce initiatives, all while upholding safety standards. Your leadership will enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct a team to ensure accurate utility locating
• Balance technician workloads and schedule daily operations
• Coach team members for their performance improvement
• Resolve customer service issues and maintain communication
• Enforce safety compliance and regulatory standards

• Relevant post-secondary education or similar experience
• Supervisory experience in utility locating or infrastructure
• Knowledge of health and safety practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and clients
• Clean driving record and successful background check
