Utility Locate Supervisor in GTA

Step into a leadership role with PVS as a Utility Locate Supervisor in the Greater Toronto Area. Lead a dedicated team of Technicians to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient utility locating services. As a full-time Locate Supervisor reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will manage daily operations and workforce planning. Your focus will be on maintaining strong customer relationships while driving operational efficiencies. Effective supervision, performance management, and adherence to health and safety standards will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Technicians to ensure safe and accurate service delivery
- Plan and coordinate daily operations, balancing workloads efficiently
- Manage technician performance through coaching and corrective actions
- Address service concerns to maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Supervisory experience in utility locating or construction
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills for team and customer interactions
- Valid driving record and background check required
