LemFi Growth Manager: Accelerate User Acquisition

LemFi

Join LemFi as a Growth Manager to connect with and empower Nigerian communities within the U.S. Enhance financial inclusion through innovative engagement strategies and partnerships. In this pivotal role, you will serve as LemFi’s ambassador, driving user acquisition and community initiatives focused on African diasporas. You'll leverage your entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking to foster relationships and execute growth plans. This position demands travel and hands-on community involvement to maximize brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Attend community events to build brand recognition
Develop tailored user acquisition strategies
Network with partners to create impactful collaborations
Lead community initiatives focused on financial education
Ensure user perspectives inform product and marketing decisions

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in growth or marketing
Strong understanding of U.S. Nigerian communities
Proven track record in meeting growth KPIs
Analytical skills to guide campaign optimizations
Effective communicator with diverse stakeholders
