• 3+ years of Quality Assurance <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Automated Testing experience and knowledge of testing
  methodologies <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Azure DevOps platform and Azure Cloud environments <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
• D365 CRM platform and Full Stack programming experience <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Web Testing experience <\/span><\/span><\/span>

  Responsibilities <\/span><\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Work with IT Managers and QA colleagues to determine
    test approach and create test scenarios for user stories <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Identify gaps in requirements and address them to
    business analysts and product owner <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Create test cases based on user stories acknowledged/
    confirmed <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Perform manual testing which will include functional,
    smoke, end -to -end and regression testing <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Work with automation engineers to create a road map
    and select test cases for automation <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Identify, record, address, track and close bugs <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Propose
    solutions to reported errors and issues <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Offer
    insights and solution in the analysis of business requirements, user interface
    design, test requirements, and risk analysis <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Review and
    implement project based test strategies <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Develop,
    review, and maintain test plans <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Define,
    maintain and adjust quality standards, policies and procedures relating to IT
    Quality Assurance <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Provide status
    updates and report issues to QA and project leadership <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Sets
    realistic and achievable expectations for deliverables <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Execute tasks
    by doing hands -on work as an individual contributor <\/span><\/span><\/span>

    <\/p>

    • Post -secondary education, degree or diploma, in IT or
      equivalent work experience <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Good knowledge of hardware, systems software and
      utilities, network communications, databases, and computer operations <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Very good communication, organizational and
      interpersonal skills <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies (for
      functional/non -functional, integration, system, acceptance, performance,
      security, usability etc.)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience with automated testing (for APIs, services,
      SaaS platforms, UI testing, desktop applications) or frameworks (Selenium,
      Ignite, etc.)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Good technical writing skills and experience creating
      test documentation <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Knowledge of the D365 CRM platform (customer
      engagement, marketing, project operations)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • experience working in cloud environments, preferably
      Azure <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • power shell and/or power automate experience <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Basic full stack programing <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Deep knowledge of web testing (e.g. APIs, browser
      differences, JavaScript testing, etc.)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Knowledge of Azure DevOps platform (Test Plans,
      Pipelines, Boards, Repos)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
