This position entails collaborating with the CEO to strengthen relationships with government and industry partners for lasting impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations and business entities within OIBDC
- Execute strategic and operational plans effectively
- Develop new business and economic growth opportunities
- Strengthen relationships with government and industry partners
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting
- Minimum 10 years in executive leadership positions
- Strong grasp of financial and strategic management
- Background in Indigenous organizational work preferred
- University degree in business or related area required
- An MBA or advanced skilled designation is advantageous
