We are recruiting a detail‑oriented, process‑ and quality‑focused team player who is self‑motivated and goal driven for the position of Manager, Maintenance at our Oliver, BC Production Facility / Jackson‑Triggs Winery.
About the Jackson‑Triggs Winery
Full‑service operation from harvest through to final distribution, year‑round, producing some of the industry's most awarded wines.
Role
The Manager, Maintenance leads the maintenance department for the bottle shop, cellars, building, and harvest. The individual will oversee the CMMS, CI initiatives and task completion, and collaborate with all departments to ensure their needs are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Organize, schedule, train, supervise, motivate and coach the department supervisor and workers.
- Maintain productivity uptime and meet customer needs by maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure best performance of assets.
- Overlap with facility engineer—consult on new capital projects and coordinate work performed by outside vendors.
- Handle multiple tasks and establish deadlines to deliver expectations of tasks or projects.
- Ensure critical parts inventory is updated and maintained.
- Prioritize maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts, guide and facilitate the CMMS system, and ensure CI initiatives are met on time and on budget.
- Assist with running of the Effluent plant and communicate, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure internal and external compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and governance rules.
- Establish and maintain departmental budgets for labour and parts.
Qualifications
- 3‑5 years comparable experience.
- College or trade certification.

Compensation
Budgeted range $101,355.00 - $131,165.00. The range takes into account experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra, and the range aligns with qualifications.
