Winter Food and Beverage Supervisor Role

Become a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Big White Ski Resort for Winter 26/27. Lead a dedicated team in a full-time position, ensuring excellence in hospitality and service. This on-site role in Kelowna, BC, involves leading a staff of 10-15 to maintain high service standards while efficiently managing daily operations. With a focus on training and compliance, your leadership will be key to delivering memorable guest experiences all season long. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service standards and staff performance
- Collaborate with event coordinators on F&B events
- Enforce responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Train and support staff to meet guest expectations
- Perform administrative duties for daily operations
- Minimum 2 years in F&B leadership
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Experience using POS systems like Toast
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Serving It Right Certification required
