We're growing! And looking for a sharp, strategic Senior Retail Buyer to help us elevate our product assortment and brand experience.

The Role

As our Senior Retail Buyer, you won't just be selecting products; you'll be shaping the voice of our store, the look of our collections, and the heart of what we offer our customers. This is a hybrid role: part trend-hunter, part number-cruncher, and part customer advocate. You'll call the shots on what hits the shelves, sweet-talk vendors like a pro, and collaborate with our team of knowledgeable and talented bra fit specialists to make sure our seasonal offerings are as on-point as our best-selling bra!

To stay connected with the real needs and preferences of our customers, you'll also be trained as a bra fitter and will work on the sales floor and in rooms fitting customers on a regular basis. Yes - we want our buyer to stay grounded in the experience of the people we serve. Trust us, this leads to the greatest success!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute seasonal buying strategies that reflect our brand identity and financial goals.
• Work with projection/planning and budgeting software to ensure we are correctly stocked at the right location at the right time.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, securing the best products, prices, and terms. This includes building relationships with our brand partners.
• Analyze sales data and customer/ bra fitter feedback to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Partner with sales, marketing/ e-commerce, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions, and events.
• Monitor inventory performance and make strategic adjustments to optimize sell-through and profitability on the products that we carry.
• Attend trade shows, vendor meetings, and industry events to stay informed and inspired.
• Train as a bra fitter and work with customers on the sales floor to remain attuned to market trends and client needs.
• Mentor and support junior team members in merchandising and buying.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail buying experience , preferably in lingerie or apparel.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive margin and sales performance.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and a creative problem solver.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and retail planning tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficient in the English language)
• A strong sense of style and trend awareness, with a passion for inclusive fashion and customer experience.
• Equally confident in trusting your creative instincts and using the data to validate decisions - because fashion buying is an art and a science. You can't have one without the other!
• Self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable in a very fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
