Ciena Optical Systems Designer

- Author Product Specification Agreements for optical solutions
- Collaborate with teams on customer requirement negotiations
- Create innovative solutions while evaluating complexity
- Facilitate customer demos for new products and features
- Mentor junior engineers and support their growth
- In-depth understanding of optic technologies and architectures
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven efficiency in multitasking and prioritization
- Strong troubleshooting skills with technical issues
- Familiarity with optical link budgeting and planning tools
