Become a Senior Relationship & Marriage Coach in Canada, delivering transformative coaching for individuals and couples facing complex relationship challenges. Drive meaningful change from crisis to clarity in a flexible, remote role. This remote position focuses on providing high-impact coaching tailored to clients dealing with emotional distress in relationships. As a Senior Coach, your expertise in marriage dynamics, communication, and emotional regulation will guide clients through conflict, trust issues, and potential separations. Your empathetic support will help them achieve long-term stability and improvement. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized 1:1 and group coaching sessions
• Support clients navigating high-emotion situations
• Help clients transition to relational stability
• Track and document client progress consistently
• Facilitate crucial but constructive conversations effectively Requirements:
• Proven track record in marriage conflict coaching
• High emotional intelligence in distress scenarios
• Strong communication to simplify emotional topics
• Direct experience in relationship or couples coaching
• Relevant certifications such as ICF or Gottman Method Utilize your coaching skills to make a lasting impact on clients' lives as a Senior Relationship Coach.
