Transform organizational effectiveness at Mohawk College as a Leadership Development Coach. This full-time position involves coaching leaders and creating tailored development programs in a hybrid work environment.

In this strategic role, you will report directly to the Director of People, Organizational Development, and Change. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering leadership training, assessing organizational needs, and collaborating on engagement initiatives. You will also provide key consulting services in change management and continuously evaluate program effectiveness for improvement.

Key Responsibilities: • Design impactful leadership training programs for all levels • Assess organizational needs using surveys and focus groups • Collaborate in the implementation of engagement initiatives • Advise on best practices for change management • Evaluate and enhance program effectiveness continually

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's preferred • Seven years minimum in a developmental role • Certifications in training or change management • Advanced knowledge of group dynamics • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
