Primary Responsibilities
- Nurturing prospects through lead generation channels, like networking, outbound dialing, and social media.
- Building trusted relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Understanding our target audience, products and services.
- Closing deals over the phone or zoom with high-quality clients.
- Attending live speaking engagements and webinars (travel capacity).
- Collaborating for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in outside sales, handling objections, and lead generation. Experience in business coaching or working with trade contractors is a plus. Sales experience in a service industry is also a plus.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences in live public settings and virtual platforms.
- Strong networking skills with a proven track record of building relationships and partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software, virtual meeting tools, payment processing software, and other relevant technology. Experience with Go High Level is a plus.
- Excellent ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work towards common goals.
- Located in the Greater Toronto Area or Southern United States
- Formal sales training is a bonus.
