About the Role

Were looking for a results-driven Area Manager to lead multiple retail locations and develop high-performing teams. Reporting to the Regional Manager youll be accountable for sales performance operational excellence people development and regulatory compliance across your portfolio in a fast-paced multi-unit retail environment.

What Youll Do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple retail store locations
• Lead coach and develop Store Managers and leadership teams
• Drive sales KPIs labour and budget performance
• Improve customer experience and operational consistency
• Build succession plans and develop future leaders
• Foster a collaborative inclusive and high-performing team culture
• Analyze store performance customer feedback and trends to implement improvements
• Maintain compliance with company policies and provincial/federal cannabis regulations
• Review financial reports and prepare performance updates as required

About You

• 3 years of multi-unit retail management experience
• Strong leadership coaching and performance management skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets labour and KPIs
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19)
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Management or a related field (preferred)
• Working knowledge of cannabis regulations or experience in a regulated retail environment
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between store locations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays as required
