Prospera Member Experience Specialist Role

Elevate member services at Prospera as a Member Experience Specialist, focused on onboarding retail and business members while delivering tailored banking solutions. Engage proactively to identify and fulfill member needs. In this role with nearly 13 years of experience in financial services or sales, you will facilitate member acquisition and support throughout their journey. Become proficient in lending, investment products, and needs-based sales while contributing to a collaborative Advice Centre. Your communication skills and financial curiosity will be essential in building strong relationships and managing accounts effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new retail and business members
- Conduct Financial Health Checks to uncover member needs
- Recommend everyday banking, lending, and investment solutions
- Manage small accounts through referrals and follow-up
- Support frontline and omnichannel interactions effectively
- 13 years of experience in financial services or sales
- Exposure to lending and investment products
- Mutual Funds licensing or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills and financial curiosity
- Grade 12; postsecondary education in Business or Marketing is a plus
