- Ability to work in a team setting or individually
- Ability to focus attention on details and multi task
- Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize job duties
- Must be available for 3x8 hour shifts per week; mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be Smart Serve certified
- Two years of service experience in fine dining/upscale environment
Duties: - Serve guests food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
- Eagerness to learn about, understand and upsell menu items
- Willingness to learn and understand wine list
- Assist fellow partners as necessary
- Setting dining room according to standards
- Perform cleaning duties back and front of the house
- Interact with guests to promote a positive image of the property
- Following dining room standard operating procedures
- Promote the SPICIER culture
