Manager of Legacy Giving & Estate Admin

Join UNICEF Canada as the Senior Manager for Legacy Giving and Estate Administration, taking pivotal steps towards child welfare. This Toronto-based hybrid role emphasizes strategic oversight of estate contributions. As a leading force within the Development team, you will not only manage the estate portfolio but also enhance the legacy giving strategies. Your role involves building connections with estate families, experts, and donors, ensuring compliance and smooth communication throughout the estate management process. Strong organizational skills and project management expertise are imperative. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee entire estate administration lifecycle
Act as primary contact for estate-related inquiries
Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders
Ensure all actions adhere to estate laws and CRA regulations
Support the development of estate administration processes

Requirements:

5-7 years in a related estate administration role
Degree in estate administration or similar field
Fluency in French preferred
Experience with CRMs like Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
