Project Manager for Housing Development

Lead transformative capital projects with Insight Global as a Project Manager for affordable housing. Manage multi-million dollar developments from planning through construction to occupancy. This role focuses on full lifecycle delivery for large-scale construction projects valued between $60M and $70M. You will liaise with general contractors, consultants, and government entities, acting as the owner’s representative to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery. A strong focus on contract management, risk evaluation, and troubleshooting issues is essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of major construction projects
• Manage contracts and resolve disputes effectively
• Collaborate closely with external stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules and assess risks
• Address issues proactively to minimize delays Requirements:
• 5+ years of Project Management in construction
• Experience with projects over $50M
• Proficient in contract management and dispute resolution
• Capable of managing budgets and schedules effectively
