We are seeking a potent legal professional with 5 to 8 years of corporate law experience for this full-time role. As In-House Counsel, you will engage with Finance, Operations, and Development teams, providing essential legal support. Your skills in drafting, reviewing agreements, and compliance will be pivotal in driving our objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities: • Draft and negotiate contracts across various domains • Support mergers, acquisitions, and governance issues • Coordinate real estate legal transactions with external counsel • Advise on compliance with consumer protection laws • Manage intellectual property and trademark enforcement

Requirements: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.B. qualification • 5 to 8 years in business or corporate law • Expertise in contract negotiation and compliance • Bilingual proficiency in English and French preferred • Strong autonomy and planning abilities
