Criação da automação de réguas de marketing (comunicação dirigida), com foco em retenção, engajamento e fidelização de clientes;
Construção de automações e jornadas dentro do Marketing Cloud (DE, Automation Studio, Journey Builder), atuando na segmentação de bases até a execução e análise de jornadas multicanais.

Conhecimentos técnicos:

Consultas a banco de dados (SQL);
Certificação Salesforce Marketing Cloud (admin);
Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de projetos;
Bom raciocínio lógico e capacidade analíticadesenvolvida;
Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
