Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Contract Details
- Start Date: July 6, 2026
- Duration: 14 months
- Extension & Conversion: Possible based on performance and business needs
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $28/hour
- Overtime / Travel: Not required
About the Role
Due to increased workload, we are seeking a Graphic Designer II to join a collaborative in-house creative team. You’ll support a variety of internal initiatives and deliver high-quality visual assets for internal audiences.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create:
- Sales tools
- Pitch decks
- Brochures
- Event and marketing collateral
- Develop creative concepts while working within established templates
- Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives
- Manage projects end-to-end:
- Lead creative brief discussions
- Coordinate with vendors for print production and delivery
- Deliver work with strong focus on accuracy, accessibility, and consistency
What You Bring
✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative environment
- Expertise in: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Figma
- Strong PowerPoint skills + Microsoft Office proficiency
- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS as it relates to design
- Strong experience with data visualization and infographic design
- Knowledge of accessibility design standards and best practices
Soft Skills
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Confident communicator with stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong project ownership
⭐ Nice-to-Have
- Experience with website structure or app development
- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services
