What You’ll Do
Shape Product Direction - Partner with product and engineering to define problems worth solving and the best way to solve them.
Drive Clarity - Turn complex ideas into simple, intuitive experiences users understand immediately.
Design End-to-End - Own flows from first interaction through long-term usage, not isolated screens.
Prototype to Think - Use prototypes as thinking tools, not just presentation artifacts.
Raise the Bar - Improve systems, patterns, and product quality across everything we build.
What You’ll Bring
- ~5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful design solutions and interaction patterns
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and responsive design
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Curiosity about how products succeed commercially
Work Location & Environment
This role is based onsite at Intercap HQ in Toronto , where collaboration and team culture are at the heart of what we do. If you thrive in an in-office environment and enjoy working closely with others, we’d love to hear from you.
