Interior Designer

I am seeking Interior Designers at both intermediate (L2) and senior (L3) levels to support the development and delivery of interior design solutions across all project phases.
In this role, you will contribute to design development, coordinate project activities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work aligned with project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and research on materials and furniture systems
- Assist in the development of design concepts and schematic solutions
- Prepare presentation boards and client-facing materials
- Produce drawings, 3D models, and renderings in alignment with office standards
- Attend and contribute to project meetings to coordinate deliverables, project criteria, and resources
- Prepare furniture procurement documentation and manage FF&E processes, including delivery coordination
- Stay current with design trends, suppliers, and presentation techniques, and apply them to project work
- Prepare and coordinate construction drawings using Revit
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across architecture and engineering
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Interior Design or a related discipline
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of building codes and familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and structural coordination
- Strong creativity, design sensibility, and presentation skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Membership with a recognized interior design association (asset)
Levels
- L2 (Intermediate): 4–7 years of professional interior design experience
- L3 (Senior): 7–10 years of professional interior design experience, with demonstrated project management and client coordination experience
What You’ll Get
