Logistics Business Topic Lead at Pratt & Whitney

Join Pratt & Whitney Canada as the Logistics Business Topic Lead for their SAP S/4HANA Transformation. This on-site role in Longueuil, Quebec involves driving logistics processes and data readiness initiatives. Reporting to the Associate Director for SAP S/4HANA Global Operations, you will lead the transformation of the Logistics stream in the Plan-to-Sustain workstream. As a key player, you'll manage functional requirements, engage stakeholders, and support organizational change. Your expertise will influence critical decisions on project milestones and enhance workflows to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as business process owner for logistics capabilities
- Manage requirements backlog and prioritize user stories
- Represent Pratt & Whitney at design decision meetings
- Collaborate with stakeholders for project alignment
- Drive process harmonization and change management
- Bachelor’s in Business, Logistics, or related field
- 10 years in logistics operations or supply chain
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bilingual in French and English is preferred
