Lead Trainer for Aeromag Operations

Lead the development of training programs as the Head Trainer at Aeromag focused on aircraft de-icing operations. Ensure compliance and excellence through strategic training delivery tailored to site needs. In the Head Trainer position at Aeromag, you will significantly contribute to training in safety procedures and de-icing operations. With your experience in training development exceeding five years, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging content and delivering it effectively to a mixed workforce. Collaborating with various operational teams, you’ll identify gaps in training and implement improvement strategies, thus ensuring every employee is equipped and job-ready. Key Responsibilities:

• Design training programs for de-icing and equipment handling
• Facilitate training sessions for seasonal and permanent staff
• Oversee compliance with safety and operational requirements
• Lead multiple Train-the-Trainer sessions for increased capacity
• Assess training effectiveness via audits and performance reviews

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant training experience
• Familiarity with ground operations or de-icing is a plus
• Deep understanding of safety training methodologies
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities
• Proficient with TMS and Microsoft Office tools
