Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison with senior executives across all business sectors.
  • Lead the Operations Program Management (OPM) team as the “voice of Operations.”
  • Own the industrialization schedule, budget and financial performance of engine programs (NPI and legacy).
  • Drive project development material, procurement strategy, cost, capacity, and productivity.
  • Coordinate configuration integration into production nomenclature.
  • Monitor and analyze project resource needs and deliver a program industrialization dashboard to the PMMT/PMT.
  • Interact with all levels of management and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and provide clear and timely status reports.
  • Work with program managers to address schedule and cost variances, drive mitigation actions, and deliver solutions.

What Your Day‑to‑Day Looks Like

Daily tasks include liaison with senior executives, managing industrialization plans and finances, overseeing procurement and product integration, delivering dashboards, resolving cross‑functional issues, and supporting decision‑making under uncertainty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering.
  • Project management training or equivalent; PMP certification or MBA considered an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent situations.
  • Natural leadership and influence within a cross‑functional matrix organization.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic business environment.
  • Decision‑making ability under uncertainty.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with personnel at all levels.
