About the Company
Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team for an exciting long-term contract with one of our esteemed clients, based in Greater Toronto Area.
Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Sapiens platform expertise to support insurance transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyze requirements, configure Sapiens solutions, and ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality across insurance operations.
- This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or client office a minimum of 2 days per week (subject to change at any time).
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Sapiens insurance platforms, specifically ApplicationPro, UnderwritingPro, IllustrationPro, and CoreSuite
- Strong domain knowledge in Life Insurance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
