Position Summar

yWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a critical Broadridge Impact Customer Interface (ICI) Upgrade initiative within a Capital Markets and Securities Operations environment. This role will play a key part in helping the organization modernize its Broadridge platform by upgrading from a significantly outdated version to a more current release, unlocking new business capabilities and preparing for future DTCC modernization efforts

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Broadridge ICI, Fixed Income Operations, and back-office processing workflows. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Technology, and Broadridge while leading impact assessments, testing strategy development, requirements documentation, and downstream application analysi
