Senior Superintendent for Concrete High-Rise Developments

Lead high-profile concrete high-rise projects as a Senior Superintendent with a well-respected Metro Vancouver developer. This role requires a strong construction leader skilled in managing complex operations. Our client seeks an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee construction from pre-construction to completion. You will play an essential leadership role by directing site teams, coordinating trades, and maintaining effective project schedules. This position demands a leader prepared for challenges and focused on quality execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct onsite construction activities through all phases
- Supervise Assistant Superintendents and field personnel
- Manage subcontractor relationships and site logistics
- Update and maintain project schedules consistently
- Enforce safety compliance and conduct quality checks
- Minimum 15 years of concrete high-rise construction experience
- Previous large project leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of construction sequencing and schedule management
- Strong leadership capabilities with large teams
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
