Senior Manager for High-Rise Curtainwall Projects

Join as a Senior Manager overseeing high-rise Curtainwall projects, ensuring successful execution within budget and time constraints. Engage actively in all project phases. This role demands an experienced manager capable of leading complex construction projects, from budgeting through to final turnover. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project integration and compliance with all regulations. Your expertise will guide scheduling and procurement activities to maintain project flow and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead management of high-rise Curtainwall projects end to end
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to finalize project designs
- Develop and maintain accurate project schedules
- Monitor budget adherence and assist with requisitions
- Ensure job safety and compliance with building codes
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- General construction industry knowledge is preferred
- Background in curtain wall projects is a plus
- Proven project management experience in high-rise buildings
- Strong analytical and communication skills
