About Us At Kobe Steakhouse, we've been delighting guests with masterful teppanyaki performances and the finest quality meats and seafood since 1969. Our cocktail program complements our culinary excellence, creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. The Role As our cocktail server, you will:•Provide exceptional, attentive service to guests
•Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our craft cocktail menu, sake selection, and wine list •Maintain cleanliness and organization in your stations through opening and closing duties Required Qualifications
•Minimum 1 year serving experience
•Serving it right certification
•Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, and wine
•Excellence in customer service, communication, and multitasking
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Positive and energetic personality
