What you will be doing:

• Provide warm engaging and professional service to guests in cabanas and poolside areas
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to enhance the overall experience
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings including food beverages and daily features
• Ensure cabana areas are clean organized and set up to luxury standards at all times
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and care
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all health safety and hygiene standards
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant lounge or outdoor/poolside environment preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage service including cocktails and wine is an asset
• ProServe certification (or equivalent) required
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends holidays and outdoor conditions
