Executive Human Resources Coordinator

Support executive priorities and HR administration at CandorVision in Westmount, with payroll, confidential records, and hybrid work across office and home.

Reporting to the VP Operations & Administration, this coordinator supports executive organization, employee processes, payroll, accounting, and operations. The work includes contracts, onboarding, benefits, recruitment documentation, accounts payable, reconciliations, and administrative records. Fluency in English and French is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, documentation, and executive priorities
• Maintain employee records, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and attendance
• Verify payroll changes and follow up on discrepancies
• Administer group health insurance enrollments and employee changes
• Process invoices, reconciliations, expenses, and supporting documents

Requirements:

• Minimum seven years of relevant multifunctional experience
• English and French fluency with strong communication skills
• Excellent organization, accuracy, judgment, and discretion
• Basic accounting knowledge; payroll experience is an asset
• College diploma or university degree preferred
